The TVCCA Commissary oversees the needs of TVCCA programs requiring the provision of meals (Child Development, Senior Nutrition and Head Start Programs) as well as provides lunch seven days a week to five Congregate Housing facilities in Northeastern Connecticut. The Commissary also contracts with corporate cafeterias, area schools, and summer camps to provide lunches to participants.

In addition, the commissary offers catering services to outside businesses and agencies for various functions such as luncheons, annual dinners, and evening events.
