What Is Head Start?

Head Start is a federally funded program for parents and preschool children. We are a comprehensive school readiness program and welcome children with documented disabilities, providing services accordingly. Head Start's philosophy is that the parent is the primary educator for their child and that the whole family is important. Our role is to support this philosophy
