TVCCA provides management of existing HUD Section 8 vouchers. The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is federally funded.

Households with low or very low income pay rent based on their income. HUD provides a subsidy to the landlord to make up the difference between what the tenant pays and the full rent.

TVCCA serves voucher holders in New London and Windham Counties. The current waiting list for this program is closed.
