TVCCA Supportive Housing Collaborative

This program serves families and individuals with a housing subsidy and supportive services. To participate, individuals and the head of household in families must be homeless and permanently disabled.

All participants have a case manager to work with. The case managers are from any one of our collaborative partners:

  • TVCCA
  • Reliance House
  • Alliance for Living
  • United Community and Family Services
  • City of Norwich
  • Town of Groton

All services are voluntary and are not a requirement to receive housing services. TVCCA has operated supportive housing for over a decade and has seen many success stories. A partnership with a case manager can open many doors and provide opportunities for growth and independence.

Entrance to this program is through the Southeastern CT Coordinated Access Network. You must call InfoLine 211 to make an appointment.

A Place to Stay / Next Steps Supportive Housing
