Housing services in the Windham area include: Project Home, Permanent Supportive Housing, A Place to Stay (Nex Steps Supportive Housing), eviction foreclosure prevention, and housing management (the Pleasant Street project).
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a Housing First intervention targeted to people who have experienced chronic homelessness and also face the challenges of chronic illnesses, mental health needs or substance use disorders. Supportive services are offered to help them stay housed and improve their quality of life.
