Thames Valley Council for Community Action (TVCCA) and Windham Regional Community Council (WRCC) are close community partners, and over the decades have offered many of the same services to people in need in our respective regions. In early 2025, the Boards of TVCCA and WRCC began discussions regarding folding WRCC’s services and programs under TVCCA’s umbrella, combining program strengths and staff expertise, and in early 2026 WRCC and its programs became part of TVCCA.

This strategic partnership strengthens our shared commitment to individuals and families across New London County and Windham County by expanding services and supports for those who need them most.

TVCCA’s WRCC offices are still located in the same building, at 872 Main Street, Willimantic.
