Education Services

TVCCA provides affordable, quality, comprehensive infant/toddler, preschool and childcare programs that support children from birth through age five. Our programs are child-focused and provide a range of individualized educational services as well as medical, dental, nutrition and social services to children and their families.

Parent involvement is an important part of our programs and is strongly encouraged. All fees are based on a sliding fee scale. All our sites are NAEYC accredited.

Little Learners

Year-round, full-day program serving children birth through age five, and their families.

Head Start

Year-round and school-year, full-day and part-day options available, serving preschool children age 3-5, and their families.

Early Head Start

Year-round, home visitation program serving expectant parents and children birth to three.
