When the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is accepting applications, Operation Fuel requires that all clients apply for CEAP prior to applying for an Operation Fuel grant, for primary heat sources. You may be eligible for Operation Fuel if you are denied a grant from CEAP or have exhausted your CEAP benefit. See Operation Fuel’s website for additional eligibility requirements: Operation Fuel.
