TVCCA staff come from a wide range of backgrounds, giving them valuable insight into the lives, strengths, and needs of the people we support. Our team brings experience from professional fields, direct support roles, academia, and the service industry—and many are recognized as leaders within the community.

While some positions require specific certifications or education, TVCCA is committed to supporting staff growth through on-the-job and in-service training, as well as learning opportunities offered by our partner associations across a variety of disciplines.

Most importantly, our team truly loves what they do. Last year alone, we celebrated staff reaching 20-, 25-, 30-, and even 45-year milestones—a testament to the caring people who work here, and to the fun, rewarding, and positive experience many find in a career with TVCCA.

We offer a variety of work locations, part time and full-time positions, and a great benefits package, too!

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work as a Community Health Worker and Client Service Navigator at TVCCA. This work is both professionally fulfilling and personally meaningful, especially when I see clients move from uncertainty to empowerment. I value building collaborative, supportive relationships that emphasize partnership, autonomy, and respect for each client’s unique path. By providing guidance, resources, and encouragement, I help people take meaningful steps—at their own pace—toward regaining control, building confidence, and achieving long-term stability and well-being.”
