Increasing School Readiness from Birth to Age 5

Little Learners is a comprehensive Infant/Toddler, Preschool and Childcare program that serves children from birth through age five, and their families. The program is child-focused and has the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children. It offers individualized services in the areas of education, medical, dental, nutrition and social services.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND DOCUMENTATION

Eligibility is based on the child’s age and household income. All fees are based on a sliding fee scale determined by your income. Our centers accept all childcare subsidies and we have several pre-school development grant slots.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WHEN ENROLLING YOUR CHILD:

Form 1040 Income Tax Return
Your child’s birth certificate
Social security cards for everyone living in the household
Four weeks of consecutive pay verification (4 paystubs if paid weekly, 2 paystubs if paid every other week)
Copy of your child’s last physical, within 12 months noting dates for vaccinations including influenza, TB and lead tests.
Child’s medical insurance card
Lease or current bill with current address on it
If applicable:
1. Legal Guardianship
2. TFA (cash assistance) or food stamp documentation
